I ordered two kits, but one of them ended up being the wrong one. On top of that, dispatch took way longer than I expected. It was just a bit frustrating, especially having to wait around and then still not get exactly what I ordered

I reached out to customer support and, yeah, I’m still waiting to hear back. It’s been a bit frustrating because I was hoping for some kind of reply by now.

"Shipping was just way too slow"
I don’t know, I expected the shipping to take a little while, but this felt like ages. The tracking didn’t really help either... it barely updated, so I had no idea where my order actually was most of the time. the whole thing just felt unreliable, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again

The box showed up crushed, and I could hear pieces moving around inside before I even opened it. I’ve ordered from them before expecting things to be packed a bit more carefully, so this was definitely not the best surprise.

"Not a lot available"
I was trying to find a couple of model kits, but a lot of the ones I had in mind were either out of stock or I just couldn’t really find them listed. The selection felt kind of limited, at least for what I was looking for. I ended up ordering from somewhere else, which was a bit frustrating.

"A bit too pricey for me"
Maybe it’s just because I’m trying to watch my spending right now, but the prices felt higher than a few other shops I looked at. I didn’t really feel like I was getting enough value for the cost, so for my budget, it just wasn’t worth it.

"Return process felt harder than it needed to be"
I had to return an item recently, the refund took way longer than I thought it should. Support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it felt like things only moved along when I followed up. Not a total disaster, but it definitely seemed like the returns process could’ve been handled a lot more smoothly.
